Poha papad a type of papadum made using flattened rice (poha) and red chilli as the main ingredients.
To make poha papad, soaked and ground poha is typically mixed with spices, salt, red chilli and water to form a dough. This dough is then rolled out into thin discs and dried in the sun or air-dried until they become firm. Once dry, the poha papads can be deep-fried or roasted until they become crispy.
Poha papads are popular in certain regions of India and are enjoyed as a crunchy snack. They can be served on their own or with various accompaniments such as chutneys, pickles, or sauces. The use of poha in making papads adds a unique texture and flavor to the final product.
